Product variation from image on website
Please note that most of the Natural Beauty Craft Jewellery is affectionately hand-made to the utmost possible standards, however due to the hand-made nature of the jewellery and the use of natural seeds (colours and patterns on the seeds may vary from piece to piece) there may at times be slight variations from the product image on the. We feel that this is gives our jewellery a special unique quality and we hope you feel the same.
Please note that products are, in most of the cases, darker in reality than on the photos.
Please be aware of measurements given in the product descriptions to give you a true idea of size as photographs taken on their own can be deceptive.
Prices are shown excluding delivery charges and are subject to change without notice. We must receive payment in full for the price of the goods before we can accept your order and dispatch any goods. Once we have received full payment we will send you a confirmation email.
If we have insufficient stock to deliver the goods you have ordered and are unable to acquire more, or if we have made an error in the pricing of the item/items we reserve the right to cancel the order within 7 days from the date of receipt if the items have not been worn. We cannot exchange or refund customer damaged goods.
Your statutory rights are not affected.

Returns
Exchange due to change of mind – You have 14 days after purchase to exchange your purchase if you change your mind. This service is only available on full price items.The purchase of sale items is final, unless deemed faulty, so please choose carefully.

• For hygiene reasons, we can't accept returned earrings unless product deemed to be faulty.
• We cannot accept returned jewellery that has been worn or shows any signs of wear.
Our refund policy does not affect your statutory rights.
When you order from us online a cooling off period is available to you, you can return your goods without any penalty. This period starts the day that you receive an email stating your order has been dispatched.
Return of faulty items – You have 3 months to return your purchase if it is faulty.
All items are quality checked but occasionally there may be a fault we're unaware of. Please note that wear and tear in the course of normal use is not considered a fault. Jewellery and seeds based items are delicate and should be handled with utmost care to preserve the life of the jewellery. Jewellery broken from mishandling is not considered a fault (i.e. dropping or bumping against hard surfaces). Please see careful care instructions on the website for further information on this.
Items will not be replaced if tarnishing of the surface occurs as this is due to general wear and tear and exposure to perfumes, moisturizers and heat from the body over a certain period of time. Natural Beauty Craft advises purchasers of their duty of care for each piece as detailed on the careful care instructions on our website.
To be eligible for a repair, exchange or refund of a faulty item please contact Natural Beauty Craft on Info@NaturalBeautyCraft.com with the following:
- A photograph of the item with a description of the fault
- A "proof of purchase" being either the email confirmation from Natural Beauty Craft or bank statement.
- Natural Beauty Craft cannot be held responsible for goods that may be lost or damaged during return shipping so please ensure all items being returned are securely packaged. Any items not thoroughly packaged to avoid damage during transit will not be accepted, so please take care when posting.
- You are responsible for all postage costs incurred to return an item.
- For international returns we recommend that you label the package with 'Returned Goods' to ensure that the items do not attract possible customs duties and taxes once again.
The item will be assessed upon return for fault. Natural Beauty Craft will then repair, replace or refund the item. Natural Beauty Craft reserves the right to deny an exchange or credit if the faulty piece returned does not meet our return policy requirements and it is deemed that care instructions were not followed.
Please note Natural Beauty Craft will only accept returns purchased directly from the Natural Beauty Craft website. Any items purchased from a Natural Beauty Craft stockist must be returned to that stockist as per their return policy.
If you wish to return goods, you have a duty to keep them in your possession and to take reasonable care of them until you return them. Goods must be returned in their original condition, in their original packaging via post, within the cooling off period.
You will incur the cost of postage if it is simply a change of mind.
If you are returning the item via post, contact Natural Beauty Craft via email (attaching photos of the returned product) and we will organise the return. On the occasion where the product is faulty we will organise for the cost of postage to be prepaid for you. The dispatch note must accompany the returned item and we will refund the paid amount for the purchased faulty product. If you wish to exchange the item for something else that can be organised if you contact Natural Beauty Craft via email. If an item was received as a gift then a gift card will be issued to you for the value of the item and can be redeemed on the Natural Beauty Craft website.
Sale Items
Please note the purchase of any sale item is final and cannot be returned / exchanged unless deemed faulty.
Careful Care Instructions
- Jewellery is delicate, particularly items with textile or natural stone components, so please handle carefully. If dropped stones and beads may break.
- Avoid contact with cosmetics, perfumes, hairspray and long exposure to sunlight as this may cause tarnishing and discolouration.
- Avoid contact with water. Remove all jewellery before showering or conducting household tasks such as cleaning.
- Metal components can be cleaned with a soft jewellery polishing cloth.
- Store jewellery in a clean, dry environment, preferably in separate pouches or boxes.

At Natural Beauty Craft we keep your information in the strictest confidence and do not sell information to third parties, nor use personal information for any reason other than its intended use. If you purchase from our store or add us on Facebook, you will have the option to be added to our mailing list. Our mailing list will keep you informed about new products and collections, events, news and sales. If may unsubscribe from our mailing list at any time.

Packaging
All items are wrapped in tissue paper and will be delivered in a beautiful Natural Beauty Craft gift box, which can be used as a jewellery storage box to protect your new pieces.
Gift Vouchers
Natural Beauty Craft gift vouchers are available at variable amounts of the purchasers choice from €50-€500. Your gift voucher will be emailed to the recipient upon order placement.
The gift voucher will include a unique code that is assigned to the recipient, which they can use to shop online on NaturalBeautyCraft.com.
Gift voucher Terms of Use
Natural Beauty Craft gift vouchers are redeemable at NaturalBeautyCraft com only. Gift vouchers cannot be used at any other Natural Beauty Craft stockists. Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the purchase date. Gift vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash. If the full balance of the gift voucher is not used in one purchase the remaining balance will remain and can be used for a subsequent purchase.
Shipping
Items are shipped from various offices, mainly from our head office in Ireland. Delivery will take 3-10 business days depending on your location worldwide or stock availability.
